Well, a whole lot has been happening to me lately and that is the reason I have not posted for a while. I'm sorry to all the people that have been visiting me and have not got a reply back. Here's what has been happening in my neck of the woods.....

On September 23rd, I had minor surgery. Don't worry....there is nothing (more) wrong with me. I had my fallopian tubes tied. It was a very hard decision to make, but after a lot of meditation and communication with the Goddess, I knew it was the right thing to do. You see, I have a very severe spinal condition called scoliosis and recently found out that my lower spine is collapsing on itself. And, if I were to get pregnant again, I could end up paralized...or worse. So, this had to be done.

Normally, it would only take a woman 1 to 2 days to recover from the surgery, but I had some complications due to my crooked spine. But, I'm happy to report that I'm back on my feet again! ~yippee~

Ok...now...here is another reason I have not been posting. I recently changed the password to my Bravenet account while I was at my moms house one day and totally forgot what I changed it to. (I like to change my passwords every now and then, for obvious reasons.) So, needless to say, I have not been able to log in.

But by the power of the Gods, my mom found the paper I wrote it on while she was cleaning her house yesterday. She called me up and said, "I found something that says ******, do you know what this is about?" I squealed in delight and said, "YES!! That is my Bravenet password!!!"

So now, here I am!!

Alright...lets see...I have also been getting ready for Samhain. (Halloween) My family and I decorated our apartment, and I must say that we have the best yard in the neighborhood! Here is a picture of my vampire ghost:

Hey,my friend! Very good to hear from you! I noted you're getting a great selection of sites on the Pagan Vortex..very cool. And no worries from my end...both of you guys have a lot on the go..I can relate and understand. Man, I thought I had problems with my back with two bulging discs...As you noticed I am also getting into the spirit of Samhain...the more I read about it, and especially about Druidry, I am very fascinated. This year will be the first that I celebrate it as Samhain and I am quite excited. I have been quite busy putting together another site to showcase my writing, both fiction and short articles/essays...I am including a section called Paths To Enlightenment...I anticipate providing links and reviews of articles and sites that provide good information on a variety of spiritual paths...So much has transpired in a number of areas of my life including a new guide...I'll email you in the near future to fill you in and give you a personal invite. It is quite amazing. Oh,I was also going to add that you might want to go into the general settings and change one of them from what is now to maybe 95 or 100%...that way your tag board will be totally visible. Well, my friend, it was great to hear from you and to know that you are all right.
