Like all other child/parent relationships, I've always had a special bond to my mother. We have always been linked psychically, although I'm sure this is not uncommon. There have been many times when my mom would call me on the phone "just because she thought of me", but after we spoke for a few minutes she realized that I was going through something horrible and needed to speak to her although I was too embarrassed to call. Coincidence? I think not. The latter was just one example of the link between me and my mother, but I'm not going to give any more since they are too numerous and I really want to get to the heart of this post.

Ok, I'm going to fast-forward a bit......my mom has really taken an interest in the psychic and Spirit realms lately and like me, she has been practicing her abilities. Over the last few months our bonds have increased 10-fold and this was proved to me this past Thursday. (Feb. 8th.) At around 4:30pm, I realized I needed a ride to my daughter's Girl Scout meeting, so I picked up the phone to call mom so I could ask her for a ride. But, when I picked up the receiver, it sounded like someone was on the downstairs phone. This really puzzled me because both my husband and daughter where upstairs with me. With an uneasy voice, I said, "Hello? Is anyone there?" (I was uneasy because I thought someone got into my apartment somehow.) I was relieved to find out that the voice on the other end was my mom! She told me that she just had a need to call me and I, in turn, told her I had a need to talk to her. It was the strangest experience, especially since the phone did not ring for either of us. We came to the agreement that we had an unbelievable psychic experience and both of our "fires" have been fueled even more. I can't wait to see what the future holds. Until next time....    

OK, I know I'm double posting but I just had to get it off my chest. (And of course, this is my blog, so I suppose I can double post if I want to. ~hehehe~) I guess I'll just come out and say it....my husband and I are closing down our main website, Magickalpair Realm. Well, were aren't really closing it down; just changing it. We have had Magickalpair Realm up for 6 years now and we have helped many Pagans along the way. It was a wonderful experience for us and we will never forget it. But the fact of the matter is that we have taken a new turn in our path and we want the site to reflect it. As I mentioned in my previous post, are are "hot and heavy" into the Spirit realm and our new site is going to be all about it!  It's going to explain ghost hunting, spirit communication, mediumship and much more. I think it will be a wonderful thing. (I hope it will be at least.)

But, a thought did cross our mind. Since Magickalpair has helped so many people, we thought about offering the entire site in e-book format for download. Does anyone out there think this is a good idea? If we did this, then the info we offered before will still be accessible. There just won't be anything new.

Well, I think I'm all done now. I feel really good about this new change in my life. Since my husband and I found a new passion in life (the Spirit realm) we have become very close as a couple again. It feels as though we just met each other yesterday....which is some feat considering that we have been married for over 7 years now.  Our new passion has sparked our passion. Until next time.....

Anyhow, I have so much to write about, but I'm not going to write about all of it here in this entry. It's probably best to spread it all out so you (the reader) don't become bored. But, the first thing that I want to say is that my husband and I are both Reiki Master/Teachers now. (In my last entry, I just became level one.) Reiki has blessed my life so much. Not only can I heal myself and my family, but I can also teach this beautiful healing art now that I have my mastership. It's so wonderful to be able to spread this glorious healing energy to others. So far, I have just taught close friends and family members, but do hope to have a healing business someday. (My husband and I started on our business already, but we are always too busy to launch it fully.) If anyone out there needs healing, please feel free to let me know and I will add your name to my healing list. I usually send healing to everyone on the list every Sunday night. Don't feel too shy to ask!

OK, let's see....I'm still working on my mediumship skills and getting better every day. Even though I was born with the ability to communicate with the Spirit Realm, I still have to work hard to fine-tune my skills. Psychic abilities are like muscles....if you don't exercise them, they become weak. I also exercise my daughter's psychic abilities by playing psychic games with her at least twice per week. Children tend to lose there psychic skills as they get older due to society and I really don't want to see that happen to my little girl. (If anyone is interested, I'll describe the games my daughter and I play in another entry.)

Alrighty...what else? Oh yeah, Marlevane and I are trying to form a local ghost hunting team and Spirit communication circle. We are HUGE fans of the show Most Haunted and we thought it would be so cool to be able to do what they do for our local community. We have a lot of equipment already, but we do still need some things like EMF meters, motion censors, etc. We are going to check on E-Bay when the time is right to buy those things. Wish us luck!
